Project Management
Our entire Project Management team are PRINCE2 Accredited Practitioners; a PM framework that we believe is best suited to the successful implementation of the SNAP solution. Our assigned Project Manager will co-author the Project Initiation Document, implement and control the communication plan, manage the risks and issues and ensure that both supplier and client remain informed, aligned, on time and on budget.

Training
Although modelled against the leading concepts of intuitive workflow and User Centric Design (UCD), person to person training remains a critical part of ensuring the maximum return on the software through. Our show, tell, do, check, approve training methodology is utilised in a structured program to provide users, system administrators and management alike a full understanding of the solution, it's configuration and Snap's operational capability.

Business Process Mapping
The SNAP BPM team operate a defined analysis process that was developed jointly between BAE Systems, the University of Durham Business School and the SNAP team. The physical mapping process is engineered following time on site (across all business functions within the software footprint) with key team members in order to generate and end-to-end understanding of how processes currently operate. The physical mapping is designed to graphically depict the processes so that in partnership we can analyse blockages, drop offs in ownership, replication of effort and areas of risk. From this "as is" view point we can collectively design the "to be" processes and deliver the SNAP model most suited to generating the greatest return.

Support
The SNAP Service Desk operates against ITIL standards when responding to the needs and queries of the client. Queries are logged via the web, telephone, email, snapshot, SMS or fax, where they are then logged and managed against the client SLA. The Service Desk supports our worldwide client base in both UK and local hours.
